In 1992, the owners of the Capitán Suizo, Ursula and Ruedi Schmid, left the Switzerland and moved in search of new challenges with their two
hildren to Costa Rica. They have become an untouched piece of tropical land vegetation and beautiful old trees in love, which is right on the beach sleepy fishing village lay. After three years of “”handmade”” construction, was the dream of the hotel in which it is natural that the nature and the Wildlife is integrated with love and respect, reality.
