El Establo, a house in the mountains; He began his work in the year of 1991 and there is a story behind the name.
Everything began transforming “”El Establo”” of the farm into 12 cozy rooms; hence the name is born. Several years later and with 155 rooms, there is only the memory of livestock. The Hotel has the desire to offer the highest quality of hotel services to all customers and suppliers.
The hotel is characterized by a high interest in the conservation of the natural environment, which is why they apply an Environmental Management System that highlights them in the region. The desire is that the clients shared with the hotel the intention of preserving the biological diversity of the ecosystem.
