Teen Family Combo ATV & Rafting

Traveling with teens and young adults, this is COSTA RICA FOR KIDS tour will have your family reminiscing of the good old days, watching your teenager’s pure enjoyment while splashing through ATV trails and white water rapids.
Start your day with a bang! In the morning, we will pick you up at your hotel for your ATV adventure. After a safety briefing and a bit of practice, you’ll soon be motoring along the tropical trails enroute to the La Fortuna Waterfall. You will feel the power of the Waterfall and experience the beauty of the canyon walls on your morning ATV Quad tour. Relish breathtaking views of Arenal Volcano as you pass through tropical plantations of bananas, papayas, yucca, avocado along with black pepper and fruit trees. This ATV tour will have families smiling from ear to ear and giving high fives from Quad to Quad.

Next stop — the Rio Balsa. Your rafting guide will teach your family everything you need to know to jump into your raft and paddle through the rapids. Each family member will suit up in safety gear and have a safety demonstration in the water before taking off on an action-packed two-hour rafting tour, winding through the heart of the rainforest. Known for its fun, thrilling white-water rapids including “Magnetic Rock” and “Dredges,” the Balsa River is home to one of the best rafting experiences. Don’t forget to take in a natural beauty between rapids! Perhaps you will spot a monkey or sloth along the route. Your guide will stop along the way, so you can jump off the banks showcasing your best jumping moves and poses! Guides will prepare fresh tropical fruits and offer refreshing ice-cold drinks. At the end of the tour, satisfy your hunger with a well-deserved typical Costa Rican lunch with your family! A fun filled day of adventure that is sure to excite every teenager!
