Designed for excitement, this tour is an easy-going zipline perfect for youngsters and kids – and grandparents too! Experienced guides will go tandem with any child who isn’t ready to go it alone. If they feel confident after a couple of platforms, they may want to try it on their own. If they are very young or tiny, that will be up to the discretion of the guides.

All the equipment needed to experience the adventure will be given to you to use on the tour. Guides will assist you as you put on your helmet and gear. Listen carefully, as your experienced guides explain the hand signs, signals and rules that will keep you safe on the lines and the platforms. In just a few minutes they will have your confidence up and you will be ready to soar across the tree top canopy.

Three safety lines and a double pulley redundancy system with automatic and semi-automatic carbines ensures safety while you wait on the platforms between zip lines, and while you are flying from tree to tree. You and your family are securely tethered at all times during the tour.

Your guides will start you out on easy short zip lines at a lower height to get you used to using the equipment. This will prepare you for the higher platforms to come. You will really have the hang of it after a couple of zip lines, and by the time you reach the last platform you will feel like you have this, no worries.

Fun-loving guides do a lot to ensure that you and your kids will have maximum enjoyment. The tour includes 9 ziplines, 17 platforms, two hanging bridges and a controlled rappel. Photographers offer professional photos that can be purchased at the end of the tour.

At the end of the tour, wash up and head to lunch. A delicious, hot “Tico” meal is waiting to quell the appetite you have built up enjoying this adventure.
